The Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility (IDEA) Committee is pleased to invite you to our upcoming webinar!

The Bystander Effect & Everyday Allyship

Wednesday May 6, 2026 from 12 to 1 PM

This webinar will equip participants to respond when witnessing exclusion or harm, explore the psychology of inaction, and provide tools to act safely and effectively as an ally. 

Learning Outcomes:

  • Understand barriers to bystander action

  • Learn when and how to intervene

  • Apply the 5Ds of intervention to real-life workplace scenarios
